This was a former Stone and Masonry yard and could be described as the first phase of the Old Tannery development next to the RiverStour. It has become a quarter of the city of which we were closely associated.
This development was commissioned by Oakhursts Ltd.
Our work with the City Council resulted in a development comprising an apartment block reminiscent of a waterside mill and adjoining houses within the mill yard and adjoining the street at St Mildred’s. Mill Lane leads down to the river and a view of the old tannery buildings beyond.
The result has created a very pleasant part of the city in which to live.
